Durum wheat is what we use to make pasta, couscous and pizza dough, so it’s really important – for everybody! Farmers face many problems, like increasing temperatures, too much rain, too little rain, and new pests and diseases. They urgently need new crop varieties to meet these challenges.
This game will give you a feel for how we use crop diversity to help farmers produce the food we all need.
